Soon after her bachelorette weekend in Las Vegas, Kim Kardashian got straight back to work upon arriving back in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The E! reality beauty headed over to a local studio to pose for a brand new fragrance photo shoot.
On separate note, the airing of a new episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” stressed Kim quite a lot, as a skin condition of hers came to light.
After a visit with her dermatologist, the 30-year-old reality star was diagnosed with psoriasis – not ringworm like her sister Khloe suggested – joining more than seven million others who suffer from the disease.
Although Kim was told to slow down and keep down her stress level, the soon-to-be married cutie quickly started to worry about the press, as she explained, “My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don’t understand the pressure on me to look perfect.”
Kim added: “When I gain a pound, it’s in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?”
