She's always been open about her love for cosmetic surgery but last night Chloe Sims took it too far.

The Only Way Is Essex star hit the nightlife in Manchester wearing a plunging neckline that showed off her enhanced breasts a bit too much.

The 30-year-old was obviously trying to top fellow TOWIE girl, Lauren Pope, who wore a rather revealing dress the day before - and it seems she was successful.
