Giving it her all for her Indian fans, Lady Gaga was spotted onstage at the Buddh International Circuit in New Delhi, India last night (October 30). The “Just Dance” songstress was the main attraction at the closing party following the first Formula 1 Indian Grand Prix race over the weekend.
And ever since she came to India last week, GaGa has been living it up, staying at the Taj Mahal, and engaging in plenty of retail therapy. She took to her Twitter page to share her love for India, tweeting, “Screw Hollywood. It’s all about Bollywood,” in the wee hours last night.
Lady Gaga will join Usher, Bono and Kenny Chesney will join forces at the Hollywood Bowl tomorrow (October 14th) to celebrate former president Bill Clinton and the 10th anniversary of his Clinton Foundation, according to Us Weekly.
Billed as the “Decade Of Difference” concert, the event will celebrate Clinton’s efforts over the past ten years to stimulate the economy and improve the environment. The concert will stream live online only on Yahoo at 7 p.m. EST.
Gaga looked exactly like Madonna from “Papa Don’t Breach” while filming her music video for “Marry the Night,” in Harlem Monday (October 10th).
It was intimidating. For Barack. When Lady Gaga came face to face with President Obama at a fundraising event held by the Human Rights Campaign, gay advocacy organization, in San Francisco on September 25, there were no photos allowed at the private event.
Too bad, because one would've been worth a thousand words.
“She was wearing 16-inch heels,” Obama told reporters after the run-in with the pop superstar. “She was eight feet tall. It was a little intimidating.”
The press pool said that she added a black veil and a bouffant hairstyle to complete the look, but no one was able to see the evidence until this rare photo surfaced.
You can thank jewelry designer Rodrigo Otazu, who was there for the origin of Lady Gaga's meat dress, and who crafted her diamond teeth, for the image above.
"When she went to see President Obama, she wore one of my necklaces and earrings. She looked like the character from 'Breakfast at Tiffany's,'" says Otazu.
Gaga showed up at the $35,800 fundraiser to lobby for anti-bullying policies and enforcement, an issue she cares deeply about. Especially given recent events.
The next day, she honored late fan Jamey Rodemeyer in concert.
Lady Gaga was seen showing love to the NYPD last night when she arrived at Sting‘s 60th Birthday Bash in New York. Lady Gaga smooched officers and posed for pictures with fans as she made her way into the event wearing a shockingly normal ensemble.
Gaga has been playing it cool with her outfits recently, take for instance her prim Audrey Hepburn style outfit in Vegas last weekend. I loved that outfit! Well last night she went for a more rock look, with matching black leather jacket and skirt, paired with a white frill blouse, black tights, sky high platform heels, and Ringo Starr shades.
The singer was just one of the many famous faces including Will.i.am, Robert Downey Jr., Stevie Wonder, and Bruce Springsteen who attended the bash which not only marked Sting’s 60th birthday, but also celebrated his 25 years in music. The Daily Mail reports that the event/concert (you can’t have that many great musicians in one place and not turn it into a concert) also raised money for the Robin Hood Foundation which “attempts to alleviate problems caused by poverty in New York.”
However, Gaga did switch to something a bit less street-ware when she hit the stage in a shredded floor-length black dress that covered just the essentials. The Lady sure has a love for black dresses. Browse the gallery and let us know what you think of Lady Gaga’s wardrobe choice.
