Statistically, there are fewer viewers for the Miss World pageant compared to say, the Miss Universe. But that doesn’t mean that the girls there are less interesting. Take the 2011 winner for instance. Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela endured horrific events even before reaching her teens. She was orphaned at a very young age but those events just strengthened her, all the way to the Miss World crown.
